Enquiries regarding tendering or contract award may be made to: Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure Traffic Engineering 420-215 Garry Street Winnipeg, MB R3C 3P3 204-945-3781 The Work of this Tender No. X21190 is generally described below: Winnipeg, Traffic Signals at Provincial Trunk Highway (PTH) 190 at Bergan Cutoff Rd. Underground work: Installation of concrete bases, pull pits, and electrical conduits. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than August 31st, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown The Seasonal Shutdown for This Project is: N/a Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
