Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Haven, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project includes the construction of a duplex submersible storm water pump station with above grade valve vault and associated electrical and controls, construction of approximately 700 feet of storm sewer, 400 feet of 18-inch storm water force main, HMA pavement removal and restoration, removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, construction of a flood protection berm, and associated work. The South Haven Area Water-Sewer Authority reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the South Haven Area Water-Sewer Authority. Question Deadline 05/06/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
