***** THIS IS AN NMACC III POOL 1 PROJECT: ONLY NMACC III POOL 1 AWARDEES ARE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE **** This Design-Bid Build projects requires a CERCLA clean-up effort and waterfront recapitalization at Base Seattle to support the homeporting of new USCG Polar Security Cutters. This effort is Phase 1A. Phase 1A includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of an existing building and pier (Building 3 and Pier 36, respectively), upgrading the fendering system and existing utilities, replacing and reconfiguring floating docks and boathouse, as well as dredging and disposing of contaminated sediment at Slip 36. Disclosure of Magnitude: The Government requests offerors notify the Contracting Officer as soon as practicable if they determine the project cannot be accomplished within the below price limitation. The design and construction costs will be subject to the funds available for this project. The contract price limitation for contract award is approximately 190,000,000.00. Contractors are notified that they are under no obligation to approach this ceiling; however, the Government may not be able to make an award if the dollar amount set for this project is exceeded. Period: The contract period is 1200 calendar after award of Task Order for the Base Items Instructions for Submitting Regarding Task Order Announcement: Deadline for submissions of Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPI) is 4:00 pm (PST) on March 13, 2025. Offerors are requested to review this Task Order Announcement as soon as possible upon receipt.
