Renovation of a multi-residential development in Prescott, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
As of May 25, 2025 this project has been awarded to United Counties Construction in the mount of $35,538.50 The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The building at 275 Water St., in Prescott, requires new exterior main entrance doors (North Side) and exterior rear entrance doors (South Side). We invite respondents to participate in the Request for Quotation for the provision of all materials, equipment and labour required to complete this project. It is expected that this project will be completed by October 1, 2025. The successful bidder will be required to provide a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the overall bid, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until 60 days past the end of the contract period.
