Renovation of a multi-residential development in Prescott, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (the owner), owns 18 multi-residential and 177 family rent-geared-to-income buildings located throughout Leeds Grenville. The single-family homes were built between 1955 and 1975. The roof systems of these homes consist of asphalt shingles on pre-engineered wood trusses. The shingles are in poor condition on these 5 homes. The successful bidder will be to provide a certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the overall bid, payable to the Treasurer, Corporation of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, which will be held as a performance bond until 60 past the end of the contract period.
