Additional work includes the construction of a new parking lot, which requires stripping and salvaging topsoil, common excavation, rain garden construction, clay berm construction, construction of parking lot aggregate base, culvert installation, asphalt path construction, asphalt binder and surface layers, pavement marking, installation of parking stops, tree planting, and restoration.
