On-Call Landscape for Parks 2025 The City of Albuquerque through its Department of Municipal Development is requesting competitive sealed proposals with the intent of entering into a multiple-prime contract with no more than three general contractors for the purpose of providing construction services for City-owned parks. This procurement process is a combined technical qualifications and cost-based selection. Provide on-call landscape construction services including, but not limited to: General landscape focused construction such as new park construction, park renovation, irrigation (e.g. installation, repair and renovation, system audit, installing water and electrical services as needed), landscaping (e.g. installation of planting, mulch, etc.), grading; installation of cast in place concrete, site amenities [e.g. site furnishings (e.g. benches, tables, fencing and trash receptacles) and shade structures], playground equipment and playground safety audits, as well as surveying and permitting as appropriate.
