Site work for a mixed-use development in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
These improvements include, but are not limited to, repairs of existing trails, replacing the existing playground equipment, construction of a new shelter, and upgrades of the existing ball field, basketball court, and sports fields irrigation. Each Bidder shall upload and/or file with their bid a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond drawn on an acceptable bank in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders, with the exception of the second qualifying bidder, at such time as their bids are rejected. The Contract shall be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the sole and complete discretion of such Governing Body. The City of Shawnee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids.
