Site work for a water / sewer project in Sacramento, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Prebid Meeting Mandatory. The Project must be completed within 69 calendar days (50 working days), beginning ten (10) calendar days after the date on which the notice to proceed ("Notice to Proceed") is sent by the District to the contractor that is awarded a bid for this Project ("Contractor"). The Project consists of all Work described in the Contract Documents and generally consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of the following work all within the roadway of Fair Oaks Boulevard and a portion of Leafcrest Way, within the City of Citrus Heights and in the County of Sacramento. The work to be completed includes, but is not limited to, installing 240 linear feet of 12-inch water main, 120 linear feet of 8-inch water main, 56 linear feet of 6-inch water main, two (2) 12-inch gate valves, two (2) 8-inch gate valves, two (2) 6-inch gate valves, two (2) steamer fire hydrants, one (1) 2" blow-off valve, and two (2) 1-inch water services with curb stops. The last day to submit written questions is March 25, 2025, before 5:00 PM
