Renovation of a swimming pool. The regional swimming pool is the only swimming pool on the Islands. The following work is to be carried out: renovation of exterior sidewalks; addition of an outdoor sign; replacement of exterior doors; complete reconstruction of the pool basin (membranes, tiles, etc.); pool beach rehabilitation; replacement, additions and reinstallation of pool beach equipment; complete renovation of changing rooms; universal accessibility; painting of premises; mechanical and electrical upgrades related to basin and locker room renovations; ventilation works (other than the swimming pool); electrical works related to the basin levelling and the renovation of the changing rooms. TIMELINE: Request for proposals for engineering services to complete design and monitor construction work is closed. Reference number: 20058060. Proposals have been deposited and are under review. Further update in June/July, 2025.
