Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Modular Building Fire Alarm Installation, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide Fire Alarm Monitoring equipment and services. Any questions that are not addressed at the walk-through must be submitted to Jean Vasquez Jr. by Monday, April 21, 2025. No further questions will be entertained after that date. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Modular Building Fire Alarm Installation, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide Fire Alarm Monitoring equipment and services. 2. CAL FIRE has the right to extend this agreement for one (1) year by amendment at the same terms, conditions, and costs. 3. Subcontracting is permitted under this Agreement if subcontractors are included on the Bidder Declaration (GSPD 05-105), Attachment 2. 4. The services shall be performed at the following locations: Toro Fire Center - 1575 Sutter Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405 Hollister Air Attack Base - 2300 San Felipe Road, Hollister, CA 95204 Stockton Delta Fire Center - 7000 Newcastle Road, Stockton, CA 95215 5. Any reference to CAL FIRE Project Representative shall also include their designee. 7. This Agreement will commence on April 01, 2025 (EST), or upon approval by the California Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by DGS. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by CAL FIRE Project Representative. This Agreement shall expire on March 31, 2026 (EST). The services shall be provided during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except State holidays. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law.
