The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.The Disctricy expectes a price in the range of $6,000,000 to $7,500,000 BASIC SCOPE AND NEEDS OF THE CONTRACT: Pursuant to Education Code sections 17250.10 et seq., the San Luis Coastal Unified School District seeks a design-build entity to produce final designs and construct the New Artificial Turf Field, Bleachers, and Lighting at the Morro Bay High School and the New Artificial Turf Field at the San Luis High School (the “Contract”). The Morro Bay High School Project is located at 235 Atascadero Road, San Luis Obispo, California 93442. The San Luis High School Project is located at 1499 San Luis Drive, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 (the “Projects”). The Contract will be constructed on the Stadium Fields portion of the campus, as set forth in the attached Exhibit A and the scope of the Contract will be as set forth in the attached Exhibit A documents. As set forth herein, the design-build entity will be responsible for the final design and transmission of their final design of the Contract scope to the Division of the State Architect (“DSA”), and for obtaining final DSA approval (if applicable). No construction work shall be performed until the design-build entity receives written approval of the plans, as to the safety of design and construction, from the DSA
