Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dunbar, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Dunbar is seeking bids for Double Chip Sealing 1.8 Miles of One Mile Road. Width 20 feet wide and 22 feet wide in corners. Bid should include: Finish Grading, roll and compact before applying double chip. Prefer to use MS5 hot asphalt applied at .30 bottom coat and .40 on top coat using 100% fractured hard rock. Also included in this bid is paving of intersections. Estimated 33 Tons of asphalt for intersection at 1 Mile and Youngs Lake and estimated 33 Tons of asphalt for intersection at 1 Mile and Maple Drive. All bids must be marked ''Bid'' on the envelope and returned to Town of Dunbar, N18956 CC Camp Rd, Dunbar, WI 54119. The Town Board of Dunbar reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid most advantageous to the town.
