Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,563-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
CITY OF VIROQUA--Work shall in-clude, but is not limited to, furnishing and installation of labor and materials, and su-pervision and superintendence, for construction of a 6,000 square foot, concrete foun-dation, 12' high concrete walls, 8' high wood post-framed upper wall, steel-cladded, Salt Storage Building. Work shall include general construction items, concrete founda-tions, concrete slabs, wood framing, finishes and miscellaneous items. Work shall also include, but is not limited to, furnishing and installation of labor and materials for gen-eral site work, foundation excavation, disposal of spoil and other unsuitable soils mate-rial, leveling for building foundation and slabs, imported granular fill and compaction, other granular materials, grading, driveway access and construction tracking pad, erosion control, and miscellaneous items. Project final completion is on or before No-vember 28, 2025. Alternate bids will be accepted for the Base Bid as follows: Alternate #1--Cast-in-Place Concrete Floor and Approach Slab Alternate #2--Exterior Steel Panel Alternate #3--Snow-bar Style Snow Guard on Building Roof Alternate #4--City to Remove 2' of Unsuitable Soils Material from Site Alternate #5--Reduce Length of Building from 100' to 80'.
