Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Center Ave Reconstruction - to include: the reconstruction of Center Avenue from East South Street to East Parkinson Street, Court Street from North Main Street to Center Avenue, Jefferson Street from North Main Street to South Rusk Avenue, and Terhune Street from North Main Street to South Washington St. The project includes the reconstruction of street, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, asphalt trail, curb and gutter, sidewalk, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to conform to the wage requirements prescribed by the federal Davis-Bacon and Related Acts which requires that all laborers and mechanics employed by contractors and subcontractors performing on contracts funded in whole or in part with federal funds in excess of $2,000 pay their laborers and mechanics not less than No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the actual day of the opening thereof. DBE s are encouraged to submit proposals. The City of Viroqua reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes. Question Deadline May 12, 2025
