The project includes street and infrastructure improvements for a residential development within the City. The construction includes stripping and stockpiling topsoil, common excavation, grading, base course, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
