This project Consists of the Danville-Boyle County Airport Board - Box Hangar and Apron Project. Each sealed proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum that is not less than five (5) percent of the aggregate amount of bid, payable to the Danville-Boyle County Airport Board. This is to include the building, all man doors, garage door, 8' interior lining, all finishes inside the building, ceiling fan, exhaust fan louver system, tube heaters, sanitary sewer, oil/water separator, interior gas, sewer and water lines, all electrical work completed inside the building envelope, exterior lighting, and any other items necessary to complete the hangar that does not have a separate pay-item. The hangar slab and foundation (to be designed by your engineer), bathroom, 90'x25' hangar door, DGA under slab, shot rock fill under the building slab, and epoxy floor will be paid for under their own items.
