Boyle County Fiscal Court seeks a qualified general contractor to renovate office space in one warehouse and construct a new office space of approximately 1,600 sf. in the other warehouse - both located Part 1 is a renovation for Boyle County Recycling/Solid Waste and includes plumbing, flooring and finishes on 3 offices, upgraded bathrooms and a breakroom/kitchen area. Some minor wall construction. Part 2 is to build new office spaces for Boyle County Public Works. This project includes framework, electrical (see attachment 1), plumbing, flooring and finishes resulting in a fully functional office space.
