Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Danville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 92,000-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
Boyle County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals from qualified contractors who specialize in painting services to furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to clean, prep, and paint the exterior walls of two warehouses located at 225 North Stewarts Lane. Qualified vendors who specialize in painting services o Furnish labor, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this project o Paint Exterior Warehouses of Recycling Center and Public Works Buildings using Sherwin Williams Paint o Metal exterior (two warehouses approx. 92,000 sf) o Base Color with an approx. 24" stripe of contrast color o Recycle Building White with Green Stripe o Public Works Building Black with Gold Stripe All questions and requests for clarification concerning this document must be directed to Mark Gordon, Boyle County Facility Manager by calling 859-319-8610. 21 calendar days to complete once Notice to Proceed is issued No negotiations, decisions, or actions shall be initiated by any company as a result of any verbal discussion with any County employee prior to the opening of the responses to this RFP.
