Boyle County Fiscal Court seeks a vendor to provide 10 Commercial/Industrial sized garage doors for the Government Service Center located at 225 North Stewarts Lane. BUILDING 1: Solid Waste & Recycling One (1) 10' X 12' Door plus track and opener One (1) 12' x 14' Door plus track and opener Three (3) 12' x 14' Doors plus track and openers BUILDING 2: Public Works Five (5) 12' x 14' Doors plus track and openers [See Figure 1: building footprint]. PERMITS AND LICENSES Permits and licenses required by local ordinances shall be secured by the Contractor: City of Danville Business License Contractor License Registration with the Occupational Licensee Fee Office and must be in good standing The Contractor must supply a copy of all permits to the Owner. All permits shall be given to the Owner prior to the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, all labor, warning signs, any necessary traffic control devices and other incidentals as required for the performance of this contract. Only qualified permanent full-time/part-time employees trained and experienced in doing the required work of this contract shall be used for the duration of this project. The work site shall be kept free of debris and daily cleanup is required. All debris generated at the work site shall be removed by the Contractor. Boyle County Fiscal Court reserves the right to select and subsequently award the proposed services/products which best meets its required needs, quality levels and budget constraints.
