Boyle County Fiscal Court (BCFC) is accepting proposals from qualified roof contractors to address significant water infiltration from the roofs on two warehouses located at 225 North Stewarts Lane. Current Roof is a 5V crimped metal roof with 92 skylights. BCFC does not necessarily want the skylights to remain exposed and is open to a treatment that seals them off. The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, all labor, warning signs, any necessary traffic control devices and other incidentals as required for the performance of this contract. Only qualified permanent full-time/part-time employees trained and experienced in doing the required work of this contract shall be used for the duration of this project.The work site shall be kept free of debris and daily cleanup is required. All debris generated at the work site shall be removed by the Contractor Completion Date: June 30, 2025 KEY OBJECTIVES o Both buildings should be bid and treated as one project. Combined the warehouses encompass approximately 90,000 sf. o Evaluate current roof system and recommend a roof system that: Permanently addresses leaks and water infiltration Provides a minimum of 20-year warranty Cover or remove problematic skylights (92) Incorporates the existing gutter system Contact for this RFP is: Julie R.
