Provide on call Spray Injection Pothole Patching Service on Interstate, Primary, and Secondary roads on as "as needed" basis for Culpeper District in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The Culpeper District consists of Albemarle, Culpeper, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock Counties. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on call Spray Injection Pothole Patching Service on Interstate, Primary, and Secondary roads on as "as needed" basis for Culpeper District in accordance with the specifications contained herein. The Culpeper District consists of Albemarle, Culpeper, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock Counties. For bidding purposes this solicitation will be awarded by Lot: Lot 1: Interstate 64 includes East/West Bound I-64 in Albemarle, Nelson, Fluvanna, and Louisa Counties. Lot 2: Charlottesville Residency includes Albemarle, Greene, and Madison Counties. Lot 3: Louisa Residency includes the counties Louisa, Fluvanna, and Orange Counties. Lot 4: Warrenton Residency includes Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Culpeper Counties. The Commonwealth reserves the right to inspect bidder's physical facilities prior to award to satisfy questions regarding the bidder's capabilities. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such bidder fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
