The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified Virginia Licensed Class "A" contractor firm to establish a time and materials contact to provide on-call, as-needed general electrical maintenance, repairs, improvements, and renovation services on various locations in the counties of Albemarle, Culpeper, Fauquier, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock Counties in the Culpeper District of the Virginia Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, in accordance with the specifications contained herein during the contract period. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and incidentals as required to satisfactorily perform electrical services on a time and materials basis to the facilities owned and operated by the Virginia Department of Transportation, Culpeper District. These facilities consist of buildings located throughout nine (9) Counties. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Jason Bailey at Jason.Bailey@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 3:00PM on June 25, 2025.
