The City of Parkersburg will receive sealed bids for #2025-08 MILLING AND PAVING. NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTOR S WV LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION. The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. All questions must be made in writing and emailed to Adam Stout, PE at adam.stout@parkersburgwv.gov
