Reference Number 0000380966 The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified Vendor to obtain Dark Fiber/IRU Service for the Utah Education and Telehealth Network (UETN) of the University of Utah, hereafter referred to as the "University." The companies submitting proposals in response to this RFP will hereafter be referred to as "Vendor or Service Provider." This RFP intends to solicit proposals for Dark Fiber/IRU Service for UETN stakeholders. Proposal submissions must include the required specification information, pricing structure, certification forms, verifications, and all RFP documents. The University is examining several alternatives for providing this Dark Fiber/IRU Service and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement.
