Scope of Work: 1. Demolition of existing ductwork serving the original Northeast wing of the school 2. New rooftop unit, and associated ductwork and ancillary devices for the original school Bidders to note that a lighting upgrade for the full facility will be ongoing during the Summer of 2025. Bidders should allow for the installation of the ductwork in the corridors to be the initial focus, allow for the ceiling grid to be reinstated.
