Scope of Services This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) to select, through a competitive proposal process, Contractor(s) to provide on-call concrete and paving services at bus stops and facilities. Other Details The Contractor must be licensed, registered, and experienced. StanRTA expects to award contracts to approximately 2-3 Contractors holding either a Class "A" or "C-8" California Contractors license. Other licenses may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All awarded contracts will be under the same terms. The selected Contractor(s) will be included in a prequalified pool of on-call general contractors or subcontractors eligible to respond to work proposal requests for construction and repair projects up to $450,000 for StanRTA. Contractors awarded task orders exceeding $150,000 will be required to provide payment and performance bonds for 100% of the task order price. There is no guarantee regarding the volume of work or the number of task orders to be issued under this contract. The Contractor is responsible for preparing the plans and specifications, as well as completing any required paperwork or electronic submissions to obtain the necessary permits and approvals.
