Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 02/20/2025 5:00 PM (PST) Scope of Services The Stanislaus County Department of Environmental Resources (County) is seeking proposals from qualified manufacturers to provide a new ultra-low emission flare to meet the emission limits of District Rule 4311 established by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District https://ww2.valleyair.org/media/e54fao3u/rule-4311.pdf and as specified in the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A ("Scope of Work"). Other Details The minimum expectations of the successful Proposer include: o Proposal Bond; o Performance Bond; o Provide drawings, plans and specifications for preparing the site to receive the equipment, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and drawings (P&IDs), general design drawings, electrical and wiring diagrams, equipment specification sheets and control panel details. Work to install the equipment shall be performed by the County under separate contract with the County's contractor. o Manufacture and assemble a new ultra-low emission flare to meet the emission limits of District Rule 4311 and all other applicable emission regulations; o Sales Tax o Delivery FOB Destination (including transportation insurance costs); o Support during installation and startup; o Training; o Warranty; and o Ongoing maintenance and support
