Site work and new construction of a civil project in Modesto, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
**As of May 22, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. This project includes fully removing existing Lift Station facilities at the South end of Codoni Ave and installing a new lift station, including concrete pad, electrical panels, and fencing. This will include the installation of 2 new sewer manholes and approximately 373 linear feet of gravity fed 8-inch PVC pipe. Question Deadline 03/13/2025 at 11:00 AM PT Email all questions to 2018-2019_Lift_Station_Improvements_Bid_Questions@docs.ebuilder.net. Project Duration: 180 Working Days. Each bid shall be made out on the Bid Form available through online and shall be accompanied by a bid security for not less than 10 percent of the amount of the bid, made payable to the order of the City Clerk, City of Modesto, California. Each bid shall also be accompanied by an executed Local Hire Certification and Skilled and Trained Workforce Certification in accordance with Articles 7 and 8 of Chapter 3 of the Modesto Municipal Code. Bid Bond: 10% Payment Bond: 100% Performance Bond: 100% No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities or minor irregularities in a bid.
