Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Lake Ronkonkoma, New York. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning, is requesting expressions of interest (RFEI) from firms and partnerships of firms to lease, develop, and utilize publicly owned properties located in the hamlet of Ronkonkoma, Town of Islip, adjacent to the Ronkonkoma LIRR Station, to be known as the "Long Island Hub." The intent of this RFEI is to identify qualified developers and their interest in implementing a particular vision and concepts for the Long Island Hub site. While the County reserves the right to take any or no action pursuant to this RFEI, it is anticipated that a short list of qualified teams will be invited to participate in a subsequent procurement process resulting from this RFEI.
