The City of Perry is requesting qualified contractors to supply quotes for the installation of PEMB Cover Footings at the Vehicle Maintenance and Sign Shop Buildings (500 Ball St.). Scope of Work The City of Perry is requesting sealed bids to demo existing conditions and install PEMB Cover Footings at the Vehicle Maintenance and Sign Shop buildings on 500 Ball St, Perry, GA 31069. Construction Standards associated with this project consist of: 1. Demo of existing asphalt and dirt in the location of footers 2. Soil Test and Compaction tests are to be submitted and approved 3. Inspection of dowel installation and rebar by the City of Perry Community Development. 4. Installation of Option A plans prepared by PI-Tech 5. The permit has already been obtained by Public Works. 6. Work to be completed in strict adherence to plans provided by PI-Tech (Attachment A). Soil Tests and Compaction Tests will be the responsibility of the contractor that is awarded the bid. Any issues that derive from the tests will be the responsibility of the contractor 7. The contractor shall provide with his bid a resume of jobs of similar detail and quality that he has performed. 8. Product data shall be submitted for review. 9. All anchors shall be galvanized. 10. Concrete must meet requirements in general notes provided on plans.
