Project includes removal of two large bathrooms, infill of floor and ceiling, reconstruction of several single use bathrooms, all plumbing and sewer lines necessary for bathroom remodel. New finishes inside of the bathrooms. Project Includes Removal Demolition of existing one set of boys / girl's bathroom. Infill of flooring from existing shafts, and reconstruction of new single user bathrooms in the same location. New plumbing, electrical and walls to be constructed. Project Location: 6000 West Moore Lake Drive, Fridley, MN 55432 A mandatory pre-bid walk through has been scheduled for March 25, 2025, at 7:00 am at Fridley High School main office; 6000 West Moore Lake Drive Fridley, Minnesota 55432 A. Bid Package 1: Lump Sum Scope of work to include the removal of existing bathrooms as noted on the drawings. Installation of new walls, doors, all mechanical and electrical scope. Wall and floor finishes to be installed as noted both inside of the bathroom and hallways. Contractor to provide a secure access around the construction area to not allow students and staff from getting into the work area. This area to be lockable since building will be occupied during this time. Alternate 1 - Ceiling infill Contractor to refer to all bid documents, drawings and specifications issued for this project. Contractor to provide alternate cost to infill the ceiling / floor of the penthouse as noted on the drawings. DEMOLITION OF EXISTING RESTROOMS FOR INSTALLATION OF NEW PRIVATE TOILET STALLS.
