Touchstone Mental Health owns the Fridley Lyric Lane building where the current IRTS facility resides. Touchstone intends to partially relocate and expand the IRTS facility to the remainder of the first-floor area, approximately 7,000 sq. ft. Renovations require selective demolition, new wall construction, selective finishes, aluminum entrance door, interior doors, hardware, interior lites, new paint, ceilings, window treatments, new shower, sink, and related plumbing, new light fixtures and power, mechanical system tune up, balancing, and cleaning, reconfigure sprinkler system branch piping and heads for new layout. Doc Note : Interested parties may view the contract documents at no cost prior to deciding to become a plan holder.
