2026 Fridley Middle School Upgrades Referendum Project For the Furnishing of All Labor and Materials and All Else Necessary for the Following Work at the Fridley Middle School: 1) Window Replacement 2) Locker Room Remodel 3) Pool Work 4) Restroom Remodel Submit With Each Bid a Certified Check or Acceptable Bidders Bond Payable to Fridley Public Schools in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid or to Reject Any or All Bids, or Parts of Such Bids, and Waive Informalities or Irregularities in Bidding.
