Question Deadline 11/25/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The work includes the construction of approximately: 11,041 LF - Lining Sanitary Sewer - 8" (VCP) CIPP - Water Cure 330 EA - Lateral Reinstatement 5,742 LF - Lining Sanitary Sewer - 8" (VCP) CIPP - Steam Cure Together with sanitary sewer collection system televising, cleaning, inspecting, traffic control, and restoration, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by July 31, 2027. BID SECURITY: A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley shall accompany each bid. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
