The work includes the following rehabilitation activities for Well Nos. 5, 8 & 10: Remove Vertical Turbine Pumping Equipment, Remove Down-Hole Equipment, Rehabilitate Wells, Video Inspection of Wells, Rehabilitate and Replace Equipment all in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. A Bid shall be submitted online. For this project the City will only be accepting online electronic bids through QuestCDN. Prospective bidders must be on the planholders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
