Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Fridley, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
As of 07/18/2019 Project completion date will be November 29th, 2019 or earlier. For Locke Parkway Street Lighting Project Consisting of: 32 EA Lighting Units and Bases 1 EA Service Cabinet and Equipment 2850 LF Non-Metallic Conduit 14,800 LF Underground Wire Along with additional ancillary work items, including Pavement Patching, Traffic Control, Erosion Control, and Turf Restoration. Project completion date will be November 29th, 2019 or earlier. All in accordance with plans prepared by Short Elliot Hendrickson,3535 Vadnais Center Drive, St Paul, Minnesota, dated June 7th, 2019. Bids shall be on the forms provided and must be made on the basis of cash payment for work, and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check (on a responsible bank in the State of Minnesota) or a bidder's bond made payable without condition to the City of Fridley, Minnesota, in an amount of not less than five (5%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days.
