The work includes the following rehabilitation activities for Well Nos. 5, 8, and 10: remove vertical turbine pumping equipment, remove down-hole equipment, rehabilitate wells, video inspection of wells, and rehabilitate or replace equipment, all in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted online only through Questcdn. Prospective bidders must be on the planholders list through Questcdn for bids to be accepted. A proposal bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Fridley, must accompany each bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder if it serves the owner's interests. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days.
