Description: Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for the Pickleball Court Lighting is described briefly as follows: In general, construction shall consist of the installation of court lighting for the new pickleball courts. The court lighting will consist of 8 new 18" round 4' deep concrete bases; 8 new 30' aluminum grade light poles on bases; and new 16 Glan Galleon II light fixtures with 120 degree tenon tops on poles. All feeder wire for lights will be 6AWG with a 10AWG ground, with 12AWG wire going up poles. All lights will be fused at hand holes in poles and feeder wire will be contained in new 3/4 conduit for feeder wire. A new panel service will include constructing a 100 amp electrical service, with Hubbel 100 amp switch for disconnect; new 18 x 18 locking enclosures and 240v 60amp lighting contractor, control transformer, HOA switch, and a pedestrian 2 hour time will be enclosed in all NEMA-4X boxes. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
