Once a conceptual design has been selected, evaluation and/or preparation of detailed design documents for bidding in conjunction with NYS and local entities and the County's Architectural/Engineering firm. G. Project cost estimates at major milestones and cost, constructability, and phasing guidance prior to bidding throughout the design process. H. Conduction and record keeping of meetings during bidding and construction.
