Renovation of a municipal facility in Princeton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Mercer County Courthouse Exterior Door Restoration Phase I for the Mercer County Commission, which consists of the removal, restoration, and reinstallation of existing bronze doors, (2) pairs, as noted on bidding plan sheets, at the Mercer County courthouse. Includes secure temporary doors with electronic hardware to be installed while existing doors are being restored. Includes the polishing of existing decorative grilles above the existing doors (to remain in place). The Owner does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with President's Executive Order No. 11246, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit Bids. The Contract(s) shall be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids if it appears in its best interest to do so.
