This project consists of the demolition of Foss Park District Pool, located at 1730 Lewis Ave, North Chicago, IL 60064. The scope of work includes the demolition, removal, and offsite disposal of the pool, structures, mechanical equipment, foundation walls, slabs, footings, and other appurtenances, backfilling of all excavations with clean fill, rough grading of the site for future development, and other related and incidental work including but not limited to capping off utilities.
