Provide new equipment and update associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and IT services. Improve the front entrance of the building with a new multipurpose room addition and student plaza space with landscaping. The updated front entrance will utilize matching materials to the existing adjacent building and create a cohesive campus aesthetic. The project includes three additions to the main campus building, reconfiguration of existing spaces, and related site development including parking, paving, walkways, utilities, and landscaping. Spaces in the facility include high bay welding and automotive shops, a multipurpose room, classrooms, offices, and related storage and support spaces.
