Renovation of a municipal facility in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lewis County Government is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC professionals to provide solutions for heating and cooling individual office spaces within the historic courthouse. The county is in the process of replacing all historic windows and aims to eliminate the need for existing window air conditioning units We are requesting proposals for the installation of energy-efficient alternatives, such as mini-split systems or other suitable solutions, that will provide effective climate control while preserving the courthouse's historic integrity. Proposals should include system recommendations, estimated costs, and anticipated installation timelines.
