The work generally consists of: The removal and replacement of the existing Airport Rotating Beacon and Beacon Tower, at LNA, including all required electrical demolition, new connections, modifications, and site improvements. Work also includes installation of the new tower foundation, clearing of the site, sodding and stabilization of the access road for future maintenance access. In addition, at Lantana Airport, work will also include two (2) new airfield guidance signs. Furthermore, work also consists of the removal of eight (8) existing PAPI systems and installation of eight (8) new 2-box current powered PAPI systems, six (6) at LNA and two (2) at F45. The Contractor should access the site on a daily basis to be aware of any new data (addenda) that is added to the site. The Department of Airports is not responsible for failure to obtain all documents required in order to be considered responsive.
