For the Replacement of Track Switches Located at Newark Penn Station Light Rail & Branch Brook Park Station located in Newark, New Jersey NJ TRANSIT CORPORATION (NJ TRANSIT) is issuing an IFB for work that consists of but is not limited to the replacement of five (5) rail track switches at Newark Light Rail Branch Brook Park Station and Newark Penn Station. All work must be in conformance with the specifications provided in the Bid Documents. Bidders who are not currently prequalified as required above or whose prequalification has expired MUST submit completed prequalification forms to Jessica Silko via email at JSilko@NJTransit.com no later than the submittal date identified in the Special Provisions. Late prequalification submissions will not be considered for this solicitation. Deadline 04/10/2025 04:00 PM CDT All inquiries and requests for clarifications regarding this Invitation for Bid shall be submitted in the space provided in the electronic bidding file. Any attachments, supporting documentations, and/or red-line edits to the General Provisions (Agreement), emailed to the contract specialist identified in the Special Provisions. Reference the applicable IFB section, document, and page number for each question. Refrain from including your firm's name in the text of the question submitted. ANY RESPONSE NJ TRANSIT MAY CHOOSE TO MAKE, WILL BE BY A WRITTEN ADDENDUM TO THE IFB. All such Addenda will be posted prior to the bid submission deadline in "Section 4" of the electronic bidding file. Prospective Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of all Addenda by signing the "Acknowledgement of Receipt of Addenda" form included in the package.
