Renovation of a stadium in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Newark Schools Stadium Turf Replacements and Stadium Improvements All Bidders proposing to bid shall be classified in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-27, as to the character and amount of public work on which they shall be qualified to submit a bid by the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Bidders shall also be registered pursuant to the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. and shall provide a valid and current registration certificate with its bid as to the bidder and all subcontractors. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Award of contract may be supported by federal funds. The Board of Education reserves the right, in accordance with applicable law, to reject any or all proposals and waive non-material irregularities in a proposal.
