Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work for this project involves installation of a memorial to Dr. Venable, installation of a playground for 2-5 year olds, installation of pavilion, parking lot improvements, improving pedestrian connectivity (including a pedestrian bridge), and grading. The work involved with this project is described in further detail within the Project Manual. The City reserves the right to revise the project limits and may add or remove work locations at any time.
