This rehabilitation involves replacing the superstructure supported by spill-thru abutments. In-stream work includes placement of scour protection countermeasures at the existing piers and abutment / wingwall slopes. Improvements to the roadway include a reconstruction of the approach pavement, improved super elevations and profile, proposed guardrail, and roadside ditch grading improvements.
