The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Water Treatment System Repair and 3-Year Maintenance-AVCRAD Fresno located at AVCRAD Fresno, 5168 E Dakota Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation to perform the direct replacement of the cooling tower water treatment system, and preform monthly water treatment services for 3 years.. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-55 - Water Conditioning Contractor license, or subcontract to one. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 4/4/2025. Email subject lines must state RFI FOR EVENT# 34759.
